To expedite delivery of grants management and monitoring systems for HHS customers. In coordination with GrantSolutions.gov, iTech AG leveraged the ServiceNow Platform to:
- Support the post-award management and monitoring activities for Federal grants
- Replace the Single Audit Tracking and Analysis System and integration with the new Federal Audit Clearinghouse (FAC) that was deployed in October 2023.
- Determines critical drug trafficking regions for federal, state, and local assistance in response to the White House’s High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) Program that secures the health and safety of the American public.
iTech AG developed three custom applications built on the ServiceNow platform that imported legacy data, improves business processes and workflows, conducts complex data calculations and logic, and provides reporting functions, data analytics, and case management capabilities.
Our ServiceNow App Engine grants solution featured:
- Integration with GrantSolutions services, infrastructure, and partnership programming
- Data feeds from the U.S. General Services Administration, Federal Audit Clearinghouse
- ServiceNow’s Integration Services Integration Hub and Spokes to connect to AWS to retrieve Single Audit Reports
- Rest API Web Services to integrate with GrantSolutions SSO and user authentication services
- Data pulls and pushes to and from GrantSolutions databases to facilitate data sharing across the program

- Improved the post-award case management capabilities to allow the capture day-to-day interactions with the grant recipients, schedule and track site visits, document technical assistance, and perform recipient risk assessments and expedite the resolution of

- Advanced data analytics converts raw data into meaningful and actionable information, knowledge, and insights.
